Sacred Winds Members Travel to Ecuador
Members of the Sacred Winds Ensemble travel to Guayaquil, Ecuador June 14-21, 2019. The 19-member traveling party will be presenting lectures and masterclasses in music and presenting concerts at the Centro Ecuatroriano NorteAmericano de Guayaquil, the Universidad de las Artes, the Orquesta Sínfonica Cristiana del Ecuador, and collaborating with the Orquesta Sínfonica Del Guayaquil in a concert on Friday, June 21.
Following each of the four concerts, ensemble members will distribute bibles and Christian books translated in Spanish sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We will also provide a bible class at the Orquesta Sínfonica Cristiana del Ecuador collaborating with Guayaquil missionaries.
The trip is being sponsored by the Centro Ecuatroriano NorteAmericano de Guayaquil (CEN) and the private contributions of the Sacred Winds members traveling to Ecuador.
